PIE FIVE PIZZA PARTNERS CREATIVELY WITH CHC DURING CORONAVIRUS CRISIS AND BEYOND
Pie Five Pizza in Edmond, Moore and Yukon give back with CHC to build stronger, healthier communities through Give Back Nights, Generosity Jars, and More
Oklahoma (March 24, 2020) – Although Pie Five Pizza and Community Health Charities joined forces in early March as part of the Pie Five Pizza Gives Back year-long campaign, the effort has taken a twist due to the current crisis.
“Pie Five is very excited to partner with Community Health Charities to build a bigger platform to give back to our local communities” said Billy Bajema, Oklahoma Franchise Owner of Pie Five Pizza. “Now more than ever, local community organizations need our support, and we’re committed to looking for creative ways to engage our customers and help the community.”
Three locations in Oklahoma including Edmond, Moore and Yukon will participate, promoting a nonprofit or special cause each month and encouraging employees and customers to get involved by giving and spreading the word, emphasizing that any amount of support makes an impact. Each location will host a Give Back Night monthly, though now with a pick-up twist versus dining in. Pie Five Pizza kicked off the partnership in late March by donating 15 percent of proceeds at these three locations to Special Olympics, Oklahoma.
